Comments about Walgreens Certainty Adjustable Underwear, Maximum Absorbency, Small/Medium, 18 ea:

Like good absorbency. Like cloth-like cover.
It is a little bit small for me, especially when I cut the sides and go to refasten it. It is also difficult to tear the sides open - I use scissors. I tried the larger size which was completely different and I didn't like it.

Comments about Walgreens Certainty Adjustable Underwear, Maximum Absorbency, Small/Medium, 18 ea:

Unlike the picture on the package, these underwear do not open at the side, you will have to cut them open yourself. As it is, they are impossible to remove without removing clothing, therefore offer no advantage over the regular briefs.

Do not order these if the person you are buying for is a "Small." These are marked S/M, but they are definitely for the "Medium" size. My mother was swimming in them!

Comments about Walgreens Certainty Adjustable Underwear, Maximum Absorbency, Small/Medium, 18 ea:

I bought these for my Mom with Alzheimers, thinking this was a brief but it is underwear. OK to put on first thing in the morning but otherwise not great to use. Wish this type material came in a brief for with two tabs! Mom is thin and the stretchy fabric surrounds her better.
