Applying too tightly could restrict circulation.  If Self Adherent Wrap feels too tight, remove and wrap again.

Clean and dry skin, then cover area with non-stick pad.  Apply Self Adherent Wrap to secure the pad and help keep the area clean.  Hand-tear or cut bandage to desired length.  Press down and seal the end of the bandage with your fingers, meshing the layers together to provide long staying power.  Can also be used to compression and support for ligaments, tendons and muscles.
