Simply add 2 round measuring scoops (inside can) of Walgreens Vanilla Shake Mix to 1 cup (8 oz) of cold water.  Stir well.  For a thicker shake, mix water with 1/2 cup of ice and 2 scoops of shake mix in a blender.  Blend until smooth.  For additional flavor, add fruit as desired.  Prepared shake should be covered and refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours of being mixed.  It is recommended that the contents of the canister be consumed within 3 weeks after seal has been opened.  Consult with a physician before starting any diet and exercise program, including this one, especially if you are under 18, pregnant, nursing, or have a health problem (such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure ,etc.).
