I like the size and warmth of the heating pad. However, the plastic pad consistently wrinkles and is very difficult to smooth flat. The cloth cover will not stay on the pad. I have never had this dilemma with heating pads prior to this purchase.

Large, effective, plyable with nice 2 hour automatic turnoff. Very even heating. Does not get over hot, and I like a fairly hot heating bad. This was was the best I've bought in years. Have not used the moise heat option.

The extra large size is terrific as I can use the heating pad on both knees at the same time. Heats up fast and high heat is plenty hot. Good value.

I love that this has three different settings, and is incredibly simple to use. I have sciatica, and this has really helped the resulting nerve/muscle pain. The safety auto-off feature after two hours is nice, too, so I don't have to worry about a fire starting.

I was using two heating pads trying to cover several areas of my back injured in a car accident. They were always slipping apart and it was difficult to readjust them. Having this larger size means I can move a little while using it. I added hook and loop tape to each side of the snap so the pad doesn't slide out off the cover anymore. It would be nicer if it was 14 inches wide instead of 12. Caveat: I'm only 5' 3-1/2" tall which is why it covers my entire back.

I have an air bag chest injury. This completely covers the chest and underarm area.

I knew it had a 2 hour shut off but was willing to put up with that for the size.

I used this product after a car accident. The large size was nice because it covered the neck and shoulder where I was suffering from soreness and stiffness. I also liked the fact that it will automatically turn itself off preventing me from getting burned if I forget to turn it off on my own.

Wonderful when you need a large pad. This one heats quickly. Sometimes I just use it to warm up when I get into bed. Great if you need to turn from side to side. That is why I bought it. Also it turns off automatically after several hours. Great safety check.
