I was looking for a cheaper alternative to nasal strips and these are it. They stay on very well and open the nasal passages. They are a bit difficult to remove as the adhesive part smooths out with the skin. I just gently pull on the end of the tension band to release. Remove slowly so as not to damage the skin.
