Okay, it works, but it's horrible to use. The pills aren't that big but they are awful to swallow. They're so powdery that they almost attach themselves to your tongue and throat. Look, I can swallow monster sized vitamins with no water, but these? They're an exercise in bravery. I really, truly, with all my heart and soul, hate these pills.

Comments about Walgreens Sleep II Nighttime Sleep-Aid Tablets, 72 ea:

I take this 45-60 minutes before I want to go to sleep. I've never been a good sleeper and this makes it easier for me to fall asleep sooner without feeling too groggy in the morning. I live on a busy street and have a stressful job so sleep can be a real challenge. I only take one pill as I am pretty sensitive to drugs that make it difficult for me to wake up in the morning. As a part of a pre-bed routine, this helps me get more of the sleep I need.

Difficult to take the tablets because they melt too fast, then hard to swallow.
