Powerful for its size. My first dental irrigator so I didn't realize how quickly the water is used. Thus the drawback is that you have to refill it 3 or more times to do your whole mouth. Also I find that the tip seems to rotate too easily and so it inadvertently rotates when I don't want it to. This makes proper aiming difficult. Thus I have to hold the tip and doing so makes it pop off at times. I'm 99% sure this is due to improper user technique and not product design. Bottom line; buy this one if space is an issue or you need one for travel. Otherwise get the larger capacity one if you'd like to do your whole mouth at once. It also cleaned my deep pockets. My dentist was thrilled. She commented on the excellent condition of my gumbs during my last 2 cleanings. Honestly, I didn't need to continue 4 month cleanings. I could return to 6 month routine cleanings. Unfortunately, the device no longer holds a charge and the water pressure is extremely weak. It no longer performs. I'm buying a new one. A different model. Waterpik should remove this product from the market until they can produce a model that performs at an acceptable level. Turns out that while it claims to hold 45 sec of water, this is inaccurate even at low pressure. To do my whole mouth, I have to refill 4 times. Also, it is only 120V making charging abroad not easy. I will take it with me on trips despite the cons, but it needs to be improved upon for a better rating. Pros

I had a different water pick before purchasing this one, it wasn't portable like this one, but lasted years and years!!! Not happy at all. Will be contacting the manufacturer. Pros
