I love the Waer-Pik pik-pocket! It keeps my gums healthy! It's a tad inconvient to take out every night, but oral health is huge and it's up to me to keep everything healthy. Even with dental insurance, it's so costly to have anything done more than 2 cleanings per year! Maybe a little pricy but worth it.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I ordered (2 )pikpocket for my rechargeable waterpik, the pikpockets that were sent do not fit my rechargeable waterpik (model # WP-360W) so they are totally useless.The shanks are too short. Only one pikpocket model was available, so I assumed they fit all waterpiks, not so. The discription did not say they were for a different model.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

These tips come in packages of two and the first tip I used broke on the second use. The tips are difficult to move around your teeth especially in the back.

Recommended Technique:

The Pik Pocket™ Tip is specifically designed to deliver water or antibacterial solutions deep into periodontal pockets. It is not intended for general use.

To use the Pik Pocket™ Tip, place the soft tip against a tooth at a 45-degree angle and gently place the tip under the gumline, into the pocket. Turn the unit on to the lowest pressure setting and clean by gently following gumline, inserting tip in between teeth. Continue tracing along the gumline until all areas of the mouth are clean. Note: This tip must be used only with the Pressure Control set to the lowest setting. Use on a higher setting will shorten the life of the tip and power handle

For optimal results it is recommended low pressure tips are replaced every 3 months.
