To have tons of dental problems my entire life has just not been pleasant-and I'm only 27. This is my first time using the WaterPik, and I think I've found the answer to my prayers. That is a big mistake; this does not replace flossing. I use this device 4 times per day, and I used to think it was getting my teeth spotlessly clean and there was no need to floss. Then one day I bought a scaler tool (the tool dentists use). After using the WaterPik, I scraped my teeth and still got a LOT of plaque inbetween teeth and near the gumline. When I repeated the same exercise 2 weeks later but using floss instead of the Pik, the scaler removed less plaque. Reviewed by 407 customers Sort by Displaying reviews 201-210 Pros

Comments about WaterPik Ultra Water Flosser, Model WP 100, 1 ea: We have owned at least four or five Water Piks and like the performance but each one we purchase wears out sooner than the previous one. The first one we owned made by another manufacturer lasted a good 10 years. This one lasted about as long as the warranty did. But since Water Pik seems to be the only manufacturer of products available for good oral hygiene, we don't have much choice but to buy another. Pros

Comments about WaterPik Ultra Water Flosser, Model WP 100, 1 ea: Many years ago dentists thought the Dental pik was too hard on gums,so I threw mine out.You saw many for sale at rummage sales etc.Now after many studies the Water Pik is the dentists & oral hygenist's top choice. It works great under bridges & comes with extra tips.I love the fresh taste I get when I use a bit of mouthwash in the water.I'm getting out more than I do just with flossing & brushing. This is a great product! Comments about WaterPik Ultra Water Flosser, Model WP 100, 1 ea: I always thought about getting one and now I wonder why I waited. It's better than flossing and easier on the gums. My husband who is technically challenged used it last night and loved it too. Pros
