OK: so I was worn out to begin with But I had horrible insomnia for 3 weeks coming off prescription sleeping medications! Benedryl, just one, helped a lot but made me feel rotten the next day. This knocked me out in 20 minutes after taking them and , get this, I slept NINE hours . I feel fantastic today and I hate the thought of not having this in the house!

When Holista discontinued this product I couldn't believe it! I wrote them and they told me their same formula could now be found by Webber Naturals; which was quite the relief to me! This is the BEST sleep aid I have used! I have struggled with insomnia and restless sleeping all my life. This is the FIRST non-habit forming sleeping aid that also doesn't leave me groggy AT ALL! You can even take one really late at night with only a few hours left to sleep, and feel rested in the morning! Since its chewable it works very fast, and it tastes nice too (not chalky or super fake) I just chew it up and wash it down with a gulp of water. My best friend tried some of mine and she agrees with me, the absolute best sleep aid we have ever used! No grogginess or sleepy hang over, and does not leave you NEEDING it to sleep every night.

Wow, I totally expected this NOT to work! As my title says nobody was more surprised than I....it works!!! It works well! Puts me to sleep and let's me awake in the morning without the normal sleeping pill 'foggy' brain. Wow!

My husband uses this product to help get him to sleep and stay asleep. There seems to be no side effects and he wakes up in the morning with a clear head.

Unlike other sleep aids, Sleep Calm has no 'restlessness' side effect. I usually get up several times at night from stress, Sleep Calm enables me to sleep straight through waking up refreshed in the morning.

This item does not work. I followed the directs and I never felt drowsey. The next night I doubled the requirements and I still did not feel drowsey. I went all the way to taking 10 in one night, and I was still wide awake. In the end I just threw it into the garbage. This is a worthless product that I would not recommend to anyone. Don't spend your money on it.
