This was most definitely the most effective diaper rash creme my husband and I tried when our daughter wore diapers. It clears up rashes very quickly, smells great, and has safe ingredients. I only buy products with good ratings from the Environmental Working Group, and this is one they like. I've given this as a present to a number of expectant mothers.

I have used this for my 2 babies. One application over night cured all diaper rashes that we ever encountered. It smells great, goes on easy. Total lifesaver.

I used Weleda diaper rash cream on my first baby, who is now 5. I now have a newborn who hasn't had a diaper rash, but I use it periodically anyway, as a preventative measure. The stuff works on adults for little patches of dry skin or irritation, as well. It is light and it smells so nice.
I usually like flip-tops and this one now has a screw-on top but that said, my last tube's flip-top's hinge broke.

I've tried a range of creams, including A&D and mustela, and this cream is the only one which treated the diaper rush almost immediately. The smell is light, natural, and very pleasant (we received many compliments on that :-) This product was recommended to me by a friend, and now I purchase it for all the first-time moms I know.

Used twice and babys rash was completely gone. I tried other treatments and this worked the best Smells nice, a little goes along way as far as coverage goes. Wonderful product

I absolutely LOVE this diaper rash cream! After having 4 children and trying nearly everything on the market I wish I'd discovered Weleda sooner. I don't think the price is even a small consideration because this does what it is supposed to do. A little goes a long way. Generally, I apply sparingly after a dirty diaper or whenever my babies start to look a little pink. By the next diaper change THE SKIN IS COMPLETELY HEALED!!! So, our household calls this cream Mommy's Magic Bum Medicine, it's amazing... works like magic! Both my toddlers recently had a horrible red, bumpy, burning rash from using a different brand diaper. A little time airing out and perhaps 3 applications of this cream took care of it. I am throwing out at least a dozen tubes of other rash creams that can't even hope to be 1/2 as good as Weleda. I will never buy anything else. LOVE THIS STUFF!

We've used Avalon organics diaper cream, and we found it problematic both in its clumpiness and in the poor design of its container (very difficult to get last 25% of it out unless you cut the container open). This particular formula is akin to California Baby but a bit less expensive. Calendula is a nice ingredient for this a diaper rash cream, as it's a natural healer -- when we were using the Avalon Organics, we often mixed in calendula from a seperate container. As such, its nice to have this product that includes both the necessary zinc and the calendula. We also like the toddler toothpaste by Weleda.

I have twin sons who were born premature. I have sensative skin, so I was worried my boys would too, that combined with sensative preemie skin they both ended up with a diaper rash. Despite using sensative wipes, natural diapers and every type of cream I could get my hands on, the rash got worse. Being breastfed, they required frequent diaper changes, so they were cleaned & cream was reapplied often!! My pediatrician assured me it was just a normal rash & suggested I air out their bottoms but when the rash started to bleed I really started searching for a better solution. I saw this ointment recommended on several websites I thought I'd try it. After fighting the rash for weeks, it cleared up in two days!! We pay the extra money and use thus cream at every change!! This is the best diaper cream out there!!
