I used this on my face for the times I get redness from using too many products. The calendula seems to be more potent than chamomile for calming my skin. I haven't tried the calendula face lotion yet as I never saw it before, but I'll try that too. I always wet my fingers or face before spreading the lotion, it can get too greasy when applied alone.

I use this for myself as a body lotion after showers. It is really pleasant on, and keeps my skin soft all day. It absorbs best (no oily residue!) if you apply it to skin when it is slightly damp. It is much lighter weight than the Weleda skin creams (also wonderful but they do tend to be greasy), but richer than the Sea Buckthorn body lotion, which I find slightly thin.
