It heals chapped, dry/red areas if I use it as a night cream, and as a day cream it protects against cold and wind. I can only use it once a day because it is so rich, and I would not recommend this as a daily moisturizer for someone with normal/oily skin. But for my dry/sensitive winter skin it is just the ticket. We have tried numerous types of creams and (other than prescription medications), this is the only one that works for the dryness they both get. My daughter also has very sensitive skin and this has never irritated her delicate skin. We love it!

Service and delivery comments: As always, drugstore.com is totally without problems. Bought here even though I found no-name sites selling it for less. Trust is important. I would not recommend this for a day cream because it is very greasy, but the smell is amazing and my skin looks fabulous every morning. great for hands, feet, anywhere that is dry or chapped. I tend to dry and flake in between my fingers from harsh soaps and constant hand washing. Although this hand lotion has a light, pleasant smell, the greasy aftermath wouldn't go away, even after several long minutes rubbing it between my hands. I ended up giving it away.
