I have worn out knees from years of transferring patients. These work well all day to assist with patient transfers. I also wear a supportive ankle brace. Now I don't hurt as much as I used to.

This knee brace enabled me to run my first official 5K event at the age of 51! I have an undiagnosed knee problem, pain on the inside of my knee. X-rays and MRIs can't find anything wrong. It doesn't much bother me day-to-day, but when I do serious exercise, I need just a little support for it, and this brace is absolutely perfect. The velcro straps make it adjustable and not too bulky behind my knee, which I have found to be a problem with most other knee braces. The gel/mesh "window" right around the kneecap helps it to stabilize without any metal parts, thus making it more comfortable too. It seems to wick the sweat away, so that even after running 5K, the brace is not all wet and sweaty, unlike others I have used. This is really the absolute perfect brace for me, and I highly recommend it!

I had a bad knee injury and broke my ankle at the same time. Ankle is great now, but knee is weak, still have numbness and great lack of support from ligaments. Was hoping this would work as a light support, but it is too light, as in almost non existant.

Provides comfortable light support for everyday wear. It is easy to put on and adjust based on your size. Other adjustable products I've tried are very uncomfortable behind the knee, but this one is great. I don't recommend this for strenuous activity especially if you have a history of knee problems. When excercising, I switch to another brace that has more support on either side of the knee and it is a bit tighter, however, it can't be worn for long periods. That is why I like this product so much.

wear all waking hours to prevent further injury. lightweight Great in warm weather My Dr. was very impressed and liked it better than the one she had prescribed.
