I wear them at night to stabilize my wrists. Have had carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists. Having trouble with the right wrist healing slowly. This wrist support is the best for me due to the sizing. Others have proved to be too bulky and large. The size and fit of this particular wrist support is perfect.

I bought these origanally to prevent numbness in my hand that kept waking me at night. I found it to be very helpful without being bulky like others I've tried. It is designed for women. I was happy to find it at this site, because the store I origanally bought it from stopped carrying this brand. The straps do eventually stretch out, but I have a thick wrists and don't know if that is the reason.
