I like using ice packs on my forehead when I have a headache. However, they are always too cold so I can only leave them on for a few minutes, take it off, put it back on, etc. These patches are great if you go to bed with a headache. You put it on and it works for 8 hours. They are not messy and stay cool.

I was skeptical about these at first, as I've purchased similar "migraine patches" before (admittedly, from the dollar store), but I had FSA money to burn so I figured I'd give these a try. I'm very glad I did! I had a moderate migraine recently, and I pulled one of these patches out and slapped it on my forehead, not expecting much. To my surprise, I actually started to feel some relief almost immediately. I wouldn't go so far as to say I'd expect these to put a full stop to migraines, particularly severe ones, but I'm definitely going to continue to keep these around for whenever a migraine (or any headache, really) strikes.

I actually found it better than freezer-stored eye masks I usually use.

I love this item. It really helps with migraine headaches and even with regular headaches. The scent is very soothing. My son gets headaches also and I use them for him. They're very safe and effective and it reduces the amount of medicine that I have to give him.

Love the scent, and love the overall idea. However, it's useless because it doesn't stick. Needed it on the back of my neck, but won't stick because of the fine hairs there. So, tried it on my forehead, but wouldn't stick there for more than half an hour or so. Better off using an Icy Hot patch trimmed to fit where you need it. Similar ingredients, and at least they stick where you put them.

When my headache begins at night and I need non-chemical or non-medicinal relief, this is a great alternative. It actually works!! I was worried the menthol/lavender would be overwhelming, but it's mild.
Love it and ordered enough to have on hand it all times.

When I feel a Migraine coming on, I grab these. They are soothing and cooling and have helped me deal with the awful pain that sometimes comes with a Migraine. I also use them for hot flashes! They are great to travel with also as that is frequently when I have my worst headaches. Great product!

My entire family suffers from migraines rather regularly. Because of the frequency I was looking for something with fewer side effects from pills. Also, my daughter (at the time of first find of this patch) was 10 and there was no way I'd give her the harsh pills. Found the LAST box at the local drugstore and immediately it worked for her. I tried to stock up, but couldn't find it in stores.

This product is great at alleviating the pain associated with a migraine headache, without all the mess of a damp washcloth! I use these regularly, at work and at home. They have a wonderful, soothing aroma; which is great when you're suffering. Mild enough to use on older children (8+) as well!
