I assume (silly me) that something labeled "aromatherapy" uses only pure essential oils. Essential oils are on the label, but these essential oils are expensive, so they added fake fragrance to make it cheaper to produce. I don't use parabens or fake fragrance oils on my skin anymore so I am going to try and return it.
