We've used a different water based lubricant (can't remember the name, which is why I purchased this item) in the past and had no irritation situations. It's not sticky like KY tends to be and it didnt' have a smell to it. Sometime lubricants can irritate me and give me UTI's but I've had no problems with this product. Will buy again once we get through this MASSIVE bottle!! :) Pros

During self gratification (the m word is banned) it starts to dry at about 4-5 mins and you have to re-apply which makes it feel like you have a coating over your unit (p word is also banned). Also tried it with a Fleshlight and it works great. Pros
