Those colors when they are used with light hand you got nice neutral color, just add more got the smokey effect such beautiful colors and pigments.

I have the UD Naked Palette and uses it for an everday netural look, almost done with my palette. After reading the blogs, the comfort zone got rave reviews and had to try it out. Couldn't find it at the stores, so luckily, drugstore had it w/ promos. The colors are highly pigmented and blendable. The only downside is the container itself, you have to becareful not to drop it, the palette damages easily.

Service and delivery comments:

I had received this palette damaged, it shattered into pieces. Contacted drugstore customer service, they emailed me promptly, and shipped out another one free of charge. Received the package within 2 days. The new palette I got was not damaged.

i do agree with the below complaint about the fall outs from these shadows, but i think it's still a wonderful shadow palette.
these are crazy pigmented and all eight are beautiful colors. you can do so many looks with these. besides, if you use your fingers instead of brushes, you wont have fall out problems. these go on so creamy and silky, and lasts pretty long even without a primer.
i do own several high end palettes including chanel, bobbi brown, stila, mac, etc. but i think this palette is actually superior in terms of pigmentation. (especially chanel shadows... not pigmented AT ALL) wet n wild makes definitely one of the best shadow maker from the drugstore and they are the cheapest too!
only one concern about wet n wild is that their products are made in china.. but i guess why they are so cheap.

These shadows, and the Comfort Zone set in particular, are amazing. There are quite a few MAC dupes in here, and some are even more pigmented than MAC. Most of these are a little more frosty, and I am not a huge fan of the two shades with glitter in them, but even then, it is fairly minimal. All the shadows apply and blend wonderfully. I am always afraid that drugstore eyeshadows are going to be chalky, but these are anything but, and I am usually strictly a dept-store only makeup girl. I hope they bring out more colours.

I'm giving it a 3 because I do like the greens in this palette. The browns and sands are nice too but they're a dime a dozen and easy to find.

The packaging is the same old WnW packaging, pain in the neck to break the seals and a pain to open each and every time I use it.

What I don't like about this palette is the formula. It'll stay on just fine with a primer, but it actually crumbles in the palette. There's fallout before you even get near it. It just seems to me that my earlier palettes were a better quality in that respect; no crumbling and I'm sorry but that really ruins these for me. This will be my last drugstore eyeshadow bandwagon. Chanel, Lauder, Dior, here I come.
