This color is really pretty it's a little darker in person than it is the picture. As far as it drying in 60 seconds thats only for the 1st coat which you can see through and is to sheer so you have to use more than one coat so after at least two and a half it takes a little shorter time than normal nail polish to dry but not by much and it chipped on me pretty fast. Like the megalast polish better.
