Comments about Wet n Wild MegaLast Retractable Eye Pencil, Black 691A, 1 ea: For the price, this is a pretty decent eyeliner. It glides on smooth and adds color quickly. My only problem is I have oily skin and I have to retouch quite a few times throughout the day.

Best Uses Comments about Wet n Wild MegaLast Retractable Eye Pencil, Black 691A, 1 ea: I have purchased the Wet n Wild retractable eyeliner in the past and have always liked the product. I recently purchased 2 new retractable eyeliners and I'm not happy with either one of them. The pencil is really hard and does not glide smoothly across the eye lid. I'm not sure what the company has done to change the product, but it is not good.
