I find this works best on your upper lid - it stays on all day and dries fast. I usually need a few applications for the lower lid and it can be slightly runny, although I appreciate that.

For the price you pay, you can't really complain about this eyeliner. I goes on very smooth and the color is very opaque. It has a bristle brush which might be a little more difficult to use, but I prefer it over a felt tip which tends to soften after a few uses.

The only problem with it is that it comes off very easily with water so if your eyes tend to get watery throughout the day, keep this away from your inner corners!

I bought this liner because of the good reviews of a youtube guru, it is easy to draw thin line and I last til I remove it by the end of the day.Doesn't smudge or smear.

THIS EYELINER IS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED. I HAVE TRIED FROM MAYBELLINE TO LOREAL & NONE HAVE WORKED THE WAY THIS ONE. SOME OTHER EYELINERS I USED WOULD CRACK & THIS ONE NEVER DID, IT WOULD STAY ON PERFECTLY.I ALWAYS GET COMPLIMENTED ON MY EYELINER. THE BRUSH MAKES IT EASY TO APPLY & IT IS LONG LASTING. I always get complimented when I wear this liner, which is practically all the time. The brush makes it glide on smoothly. I have tried liners with the foam tip and they are just too messy for me, any change in pressure and it looks like an ink blot. This liner is like a thin paint brush. I always draw out the shape of the line I want and then fill it in. I use a thin line for the day and a thicker cat eye line for dramatic looks. I tried the waterproof version of this liner but I didn't like it as much, it felt greasier. Plus, this liner stays on and is super easy to remove. I just use a mild cleanser. I have been using this liner for 7 years now and I have no intention of switching.

Love the product..you can put it on heavy for evening, or lighter for a day look...love it!!

This liner is horrible. It has a really floppy brush that makes it hard to give a nice lined look. Plus it runs right away and does not last even an hour. I'm sorry I bought this a d shocked that it has such great overall score.

I loved the true blue color they used to have. Miss it, but also like the other colors. Blue was just the BOMB!

What I liked best is that you can "perfect" the line you draw because it is a brush; I don't like the felt tips applicators. But it does smudge throughout the day. I was very hopeful when i read the reviews but i need perfect application AND no smudge and this did not work for me. I wear contacts and am very active so maybe I am more sensitive. Hey, a great price if it does work for you!
