This is a beautiful shade that goes with just about any color. This lipstick keeps my lips soft and does not dry them out. You do have to apply it more often, but with the reasonable price, who cares. I won't use any other brand or color. If I put more than one coat of it on though, my lips started to tingle, so I'm not sure if it has a mint product in it or something that could make that happen or if my lips were sensitive to it. Apply a good coating and cover with a lotion while I apply the rest of my makeup- then I rub it off with a washcloth and follow with a lip gloss. Some colors are a nice light touch over lip gloss- but I don't find them smooth enough to use on their own.

The only reason I decided to try this particular color lipstick is because I needed to spend just another $1 [...] So, when I received it in the box with the other item I purchased, the lipstick was messed up in the applicator and the color was horrific! With that said, I think the color looks better in the tube than on my lips. It may be a bit too bright for me. Don't buy if you don't have the confidence to actually wear it in public.
