I took 2 pills in the morning and 2 in the evening. On the 5th day I had to go to my Doctor because I was having difficulty swallowing. A throat swap came up negative, but my blood test showed I was having an allergic reaction. I stoppped taking this the day prior to seeing the doctor. 4-5 days later I felt normal again. I should have consulted my doctor before taking this. NO Stars for this product, but I was forced to give one to enter my review.

I love using "H. Goat Weed" regardless of brand. I notice a better effect if using whole herb, instead of just the extract.

To the people who feel no effect:
If you take the pills in the morning, and then sit at your desk, and then sit on your couch, and then go to bed... Then you're likely not going to feel anything.

H. Goat Weed is not magic. It won't make you h. by itself if you otherwise would not be stimulated.

You do have to be stimulated in order for it to work. It will make it a little easier to be stimulated, and once stimulated you're likely to be a little more sensitive than normal. Many people (like myself) experience more intense o's from this product. THAT makes it worth the money, even if you're just doing it by yourself.

Before writing it off completely, experiment with it. Use it before m-ing. Try it 30 mins before, 1 hour before, 2 hours before, 4 hours before, even 6 or 8 hours before and see if it increases anything for you.

You do still have to stimulate yourself though. It's just an herb, and won't do a lap dance for you.

I take 2 at a.m. and 2 at p.m. every day ,it works real good . Peiole need to know it might take 4 weeks or so before it will kick in . But it is worth it ! We have a great time every time !!
