Silica is truly the critical ingredient to rebuilding your bones and teeth. It helps maintain strong bones and teeth too. If you're taking calcium supplements but not taking silica alongside it, you can actually be causing more bone loss if your body doesn't have sufficient silica. Many doctors believe that silica is the "most important trace mineral for human health".

This capsule is easy on your stomach, if taken with food, and you get results within a week in my case.

I had used this product previously, purchasing it at a vitamin store but the price kept increasing in the last 6 months. So I decided to find it online at a better price. Drugstore.com was more competitive than other online companies. The Silica was delivered in record time and I will order from them again.
