1.5hrs after taking one pill I can already feel my body giving off a lot of heat (feels like I'm running a mild fever) and for the next 4 - 5 hours I don't feel any hunger pangs. The first 2 days I felt a bit jittery though. Since I'm not hungry I'm pretty sure I will lose a bit of weight. I shall monitor my weight and see how much I can lose after my first bottle.

i take 2 pills every day in the morning and 2 before lunch i work out once i get home from work. i like the way it works on me the whole day i have tons of energy im active concentrated and once i get home im ready to hit the weights its excellent if you want to lose weight fast!

I've been using the different forms of Xenadrine on and off for the past five years. Other brands have given me the jitters or made me overly hungry, but Xenadrine XT has just the right amount of ingredients to increase my metabolism without making me hungry. It also increases my endurance, allowing me to exercise for longer periods of time when I bike and run. Using the product as directed, I have seen definite weight loss and I've been able to increase my muscle mass. If there is any side effect to taking Xenadrine XT, it's that when I am taking two capsules in the morning and two in the afternoon, sleep does not come easily at night and I wake up throughout the night. On the other hand, when I get up in the morning, I'm never drowsy and I'm always ready to begin my morning workout. I have been recommending Xenadrine to my friends for the past five years, and Xenadrine XT will be no exception.

Having been a long-time xenadrine user, I found this product impressive. I am a new dad, and need sustainable energy for certain periods. This works perfect because it is an instant jolt of not over the top energy. But just enough to keep you going full strength through the toughest of days. It is nearly as powerful as the ephedra-based original, but no harsh blinding crash, that leaves you dead tired and lethargic. I use other energy products for short term bursts. But for a steady, consistent, lasting jump of energy, this product is number one. I recommend this for anyone who wants the best effects of an energy product, with no downsides.

I was lucky enough to get a free sample of the new xenadrine xt. You felt it working within 20 mins. and help curb cravings. It also gave me a beck of an energy rush which is great when your on the way to the gym. On cardio days it seemed easier to start sweating which a product like this should do. I didn't notice much weight loss since it was only a week worth of product. It would be nice to cycle this product and see what kind of results I could get.

First off, Xenadrine Xt is a fantastic thermogenic. It's fast acting and lasts for a good 7-10 hours for me. I follow the label but usually just take my dose early in the morning as i don't want the effects to last me through to the late hours. It helps speed up fat loss if you are already following a fat loss regime, I lost around 4% bodyfat total. Overall, I loved this product, really helps with focus, stamina, energy, and fat loss.
To assess our tolerance, for the first day, take 1 capsule once daily. On days 2 and 3, take 2 capsules once daily. On day 4 and beyond, take 2 capsules twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your two main meals. Do not snack between meals. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. For best results, use for 60 days in combination with diet and training. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. Drink 10 glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided. Store in a cool, dry place (60-80°F).
