I had a low grade chronic sinus infection and had taken way too many antibiotics over the years for flare-ups when I discovered Xlear. At first it was painful to use, probably because of long term inflammation, but over the course of a few days I had remarkable improvement and no stinging when I used it. Xlear cured my infection and I have not had another one for 3 years. It is also very effective for allergies that affect the sinuses and when I feel like I am getting a cold seems to stop it in its tracks. I also use it as a preventative treatment when I fly or am exposed to sick people. The Xylitol in Xlear is supposed to make surfaces too slick for germs to stick. Sounds impossible but I am a true believer. Xylitol is a natural sweetener.

I was using another spray which was really good but ran out and they discontinued the brand. So I started my quest to find another just like it. The ones in the market are horrible! The sprays were too strong and one even made me cry. I read reviews on this and wow, just like my other favorite spray. No headaches just a nice normal and Effective spray! Hope this never gets discontinued. The only one I would recommend.

Use at any time, as often as needed. No drug-based side effects on blood pressure, etc., unlike typical decongestant sprays. A bit pricey, if you use it liberally.

Xylitol started working the first day but got better over a week. It enabled me to stop taking Sudafed and a steroid nasal spray. I recommend it highly. In fact, I have sent to my husband, mother, daughter and daughter-in-law.

I use the product first thing in the morning. I blow my nose then use the product and then repeat. It helps keep me clear for the rest of the day most of the time. On days that allergies are bugging me I might need to use it again at night.
