I've tried antihistamines, decongestants, different types of nasal sprays, nasal strips at night and couldn't find any relief. I've recently tried using a Neti Pot but that just made my head feel more full! I came across this product, read all the reviews and decided to try it. This product has saved my life! I use it in the morning and at night. After the first day I noticed a big difference. I've been using it now for 2 weeks and haven't needed to take any medication since then. VS Most Liked Negative Review Don't know what it's good for I got a really bad sinus infection while using this, so it doesn't prevent infections. Comments about Xlear Xylitol Sinus Nasal Spray, 1.5 fl oz: I had a low grade chronic sinus infection and had taken way too many antibiotics over the years for flare-ups when I discovered Xlear. At first it was painful to use, probably because of long term inflammation, but over the course of a few days I had remarkable improvement and no stinging when I used it. Xlear cured my infection and I have not had another one for 3 years. It is also very effective for allergies that affect the sinuses and when I feel like I am getting a cold seems to stop it in its tracks. I also use it as a preventative treatment when I fly or am exposed to sick people. The Xylitol in Xlear is supposed to make surfaces too slick for germs to stick. Sounds impossible but I am a true believer. Xylitol is a natural sweetener. Pros

So I started my quest to find another just like it. The ones in the market are horrible! The sprays were too strong and one even made me cry. I read reviews on this and wow, just like my other favorite spray. No headaches just a nice normal and Effective spray! Hope this never gets discontinued. The only one I would recommend. Pros
