This makes sleeping easier if you suffer from dry mouth. I have tried others, but this is the best. They stick easily, so there is no fear of swallowing in the night. The taste is pleasant, and the feeling is not gummy as some I have tried. The only down side is the price.

I take medication that causes severe dry mouth. I have tried all kinds of products... gels, spray, toothpaste, etc. They didn't work very well, partly because I couldn't stand the taste. XyliMelts are very mild - slightly minty, work fast, and easy to carry in my purse. They are wonderful.
p.s. I ordered one of those flat cigarette cases (I am NOT a smoker) to carry them in so they don't get crushed in my purse. You have to buy the tall one (I think it's called 100s).

This is the best product there is at present
for dry mouth. The problem is it is so expensive.
It would be fine for people with occassional
dry mouth. I am a senior citizen and even with
the few meds I take I can have severely dry
mouth especially at night. There is no way I
could do with using only several. This is the
only negative aspect of it as it truly does
work.

I've tried the sprays and everything else, but this product is far superior to them all. I'm on my third box, and since my dry mouth is so bad, I can't live without it!

This is really a fantastic product but I feeltoo expensive especially for those like myselfwho suffer badly with dry mouth.The averageprice is for something like 40 discs for in$8 range. If I used 5 a night as I have done,there is no way I could afford it. Even soit works very well.

I had a salivary gland removed and since then my mouth has been very dry. During the day I can drink but I would wake at night terribly uncomfortable. These allow me to sleep through the night. They adhere to your gums, teeth, roof of your mouth and dissolve gradually stimulating extra moisture. A real life saver.
