Xylimelts are the best product I have found for dry mouth. Gentle mint flavor,no sugar to rot your teeth and they stick to your gums.

I frequently have dry mouth at night. I bought these because they were a better value than the product I usually us, OraMoist.

These do help with the dry mouth, but I have YET to have them stick as advertised. They still work while ascting as a very long lasting mint, but I'm not sure it's the safest thing to have a mint in your mouth when sleeping. I would recommend OraMoist for night time dry mouth.

I have dry mouth due to Sjogren's Syndrome. Gum, mints or cough drops can help during the day, but are not suitable for nighttime use.
I discovered Xylimelts at a drugstore while on vacation and am so glad I tried them. They are not readily available locally, but drugstore.com makes it easy to keep them on hand. One per night is usually sufficient, but I have used more while on mouth-drying medication.
I would not be without them!

These work great. One side sticks to the inside of your mouth so no worries about swallowing this in the middle of the night. The only downside is that if you feel like having a snack in the middle of the night, or want to get it out for any reason, it is REALLY stuck to the inside of your mouth. (of course that is the point...)

I also tried Salese Sensitive and did not like those at all.

I have always struggled with dry mouth and nights were hard because my mouth and throat would get so dry I would wake up because i could not swallow and it was hard to breathe. These tablets made all of the difference in the world and I recently had one of my best dental checkups yet! As most people know dry mouth can lead to many tooth and gum issues and I now recommend these to everyone because they work. The only down side is they are a little pricey but compared to dentist bills I much rather live with this.

I bought this product for my mom to try for her dry mouth problems, after trying them she says this is the only half decent product that she has tried. From all the product she has used this one lasts the longest. I hope this info helps.

This makes sleeping easier if you suffer from dry mouth. I have tried others, but this is the best. They stick easily, so there is no fear of swallowing in the night. The taste is pleasant, and the feeling is not gummy as some I have tried. The only down side is the price.

I take medication that causes severe dry mouth. I have tried all kinds of products... gels, spray, toothpaste, etc. They didn't work very well, partly because I couldn't stand the taste. XyliMelts are very mild - slightly minty, work fast, and easy to carry in my purse. They are wonderful.
p.s. I ordered one of those flat cigarette cases (I am NOT a smoker) to carry them in so they don't get crushed in my purse. You have to buy the tall one (I think it's called 100s).
