I bought this product because it is touted as natural, and the idea of rose and pomegranate sounded lovely. The bar looks and smells lovely. I wish I had read the ingredients before ordering, but I figured a product that makes a point of saying that they don't do animal testing wasn't going to be made out of dead animals. The number one ingredient on this soap? Sodium tallowate - that is soap derived from animal fat. Next time a company claims it has a cruelty-free product, I am going to check the ingredients first. I don't want to bathe in dead animals. Poorly done, Yardley. Poorly done.
