I am prone to yeast imbalance and get mild yeast infections from time to time (since I was a teenager). My OBGYN refers to me as being a "yeasty" woman and has recommended use an internal cleanse weekly to keep it under control. I find that using these suppositories once a week to be quite effective at keeping me in proper balance. I really like that they are a natural suppository that works with my body.

I tired to venture into the homeopathic territory, hoping for some less invasive medication. Yeastguard did not work for me, my infection was back a couple days after I finished the 7 day cycle.
It's back to Monistat for me, the 3 day pack has worked fine so far.

I tried this product as I'm tired of arguing with my gynecologist about having a prescription for yeast intections called in every so often(-; I like to use natural products as often as I can so I decided to give it a try. I love that I can the medication and use it x number of times a week as needed. I have it in my cabinet so I can use the suppossitories when necessary. As one reviewer said it is messy so I insert YeastGuard at night and wake feeling better in the morning. I will try the gel next time I order.

I had a horrible yeast infection caused by the extreme heat and humidity of the summer. I decided to give this product a try as it was natural and something different.
The first two days I really noticed no difference. By day three however, there was a marked decrease in itching and irritation. I will continue a full seven days of treatment and report back if it does not totally clear up the infection.
I am using this in conjunction with AZO yeast tablets to help with the symptoms.
Unlike the usual cream treatments, any discharge from this suppository is more watery and to me is far less messy.

I have been prone to yeast infections for years, ive tried it all. From monistat to vinegar and water douche, Azo yeast pills. Every time i try OTC medicines such as Monistat i have a reaction that causes the infection to burn and itch unbearably to the point that i have to get up in the middle of the night and douche the product out.
Ive tried Rephresh but it just gets too messy. This seems to be the ONLY product that doesnt give me a reaction and actually is working. I have been using this for two days and already i feel relief!!
The yeasty discharge is gone already along with the yeast smell. This is definitely a line of products i would suggest to anyone who is prone to yeast infections. I will update my final results in 5 days!

After a few days of heavy workouts, or after my monthly cycle, or after intercourse, I will feel the symptoms coming on of a yeast infection. No fun. Prescription Diflucan does nothing for it, and it gets messy (and expensive) to use the OTC creams and suppositories. I found this product about twelve years or so ago and am so glad. I use it for a few nights at the start of the symptoms (just to be sure the infection is gone) and it gets rid of it. It saves me money and much physical discomfort. It works most all the time.

I use the product at night.I have had a major problem with yeast infections.After I begun to use yeast guard ,I have never had a problem.If you suffer recurrent yeast infection ,please give this a try.Don't give up,it will work!!!!

Note that while I did not buy the Yeast Gard I am using from drugstore.com I wanted to give an immediate review. Been suffering with a case of yeast/vaginitis for ove a week now had all the usual tests nothing showed up.
I tried Monistat which only made things worse, I believe I must be extremely allergic to at least one of the components that make up the medication which was not the case before, I've seen a ton of posts on this site and others that state the same thing, I am wondering if they've changed their formulation.
I tried the Yeast Gard suppositories while still using the hydrocortisone cream my doctor prescribed no burning no itching. Going to keep using for a week and once everything's cleared up I will use twice weekly as indicated for prevention..Thank you Yeast Gard!!
