They must have improved the formula, because it now goes on smoother and it is not quite as "pasty" as it used to be. I put on just a little bit, but it does the job of protecting my lips from the sun. It does wear off somewhat when I am swimming laps, but then again...what doesn't?

I love this lip balm! It goes on clear like most lip balms but it's creamier so it isn't over shiny. It really sinks into my lips but also leaves a moisturizing layer on top of my lips without feeling goopy . It lasts through meals and drinks all day. I don't usually by Yes To products but I'm really glad I did.

I really enjoyed the yes to carrots balm without sunscreen, so when I wanted some sun protection for my lips, thought this was a logical choice. My biggest complaint is that it does not go on smoothly. It also doesn't seem to do a whole lot to improve my often chapped lips. Still looking for something that will help moisturize and protect from sun damage...

It's got mostly natural ingredients and has a safer sunscreen element (zinc) than 99% of other lip balms out there... but when applied it often leaves a noticeable white residue that looks as though you just ate a sloppy meal and forgot to wipe your mouth afterwards. The last thing I wanted when purchasing a lip balm was to have to stand in front of a mirror to make sure I didn't have paste all over my mouth after application, but unfortunately I have to do this anytime I apply this lip balm.

I like this...it has zink for sunscreen instead of chemicals.
It has a slight pale cast to it...but it is barely notiecable.
I use burt bees also...but the spf is only 8 and it has more of a white cast to it. I like them both....
But I am switching to this.
