I have a hard time finding a moisturizer with SPF for my sensitive skin. I have rosacea as well. After reading the reviews, I was hoping this product would be good for me too. It was not. On the first day of use, I had some irritation to my skin, but I didn't connect it to the lotion at first. The second day, my skin was so irritated, it was burning, as if I'd had a chemical peel! I stopped using it at once, but it took almost 2 weeks for the peeling/flaking on my face to recover. Sorry, but I won't be saying "Yes to Carrots" again.

If you want SPF built in to your daily moisturizer, this is a good choice. It has healthy natural ingredients, is not thick or sticky and doesn't have a bad smell (doesn't smell great, just doesn't have much of a smell). Contrary to some reviewers, I've never found it irritating.

I bought this product as a natural replacement for my Olay daily facial moisturizer - which both I and my skin love, but which has far too many chemicals for my liking. I have very sensitive skin on my face, but that skin really loves this Yes to Carrots product (and had no problem - no irritation, no redness - in transitioning from one lotion to the other). I find that it goes on smoothly, and that you only need very little to cover the whole face. However, having been used to the weightless feel of the Olay moisturizer, I find that this one feels rather heavy (no doubt due to the zinc oxide). It's a small price to pay, however, for an otherwise wonderful daily moisturizer with sun protection.

This is a pretty decent, natural product, but a bit too greasy for my combination/oily skin. I do love the fact that it is non-irritating, gentle, and not too fragrance-y (there IS a chemical scent, probably from the zinc oxide). I also love that is has SPF. I plan to finish the bottle (I also love the dispenser), but I did discover that if I mix a little bit of sunscreen powder (I like Colorescience) along with this moisturizer in my palm before application it really creates the perfect finish on my skin, and I don't end up with a greasy sheen; instead, I have a soft and smooth texture that really works for me.
It would be nicer if I didn't have to modify this product to make it more ideal, but at least I don't have to waste this bottle by throwing it out, and I'm not using something with crazy chemicals in it.

I use this product as my daily suncare skin routine, it's safe to use around my eyes unlike other moisturizers with sunscreen I've used. Small drawback is that living in the south it's a tad on the oily side for summer use.

I did some research on paraben-free moisturizers and settled on this one, and so far, I really love how it feels and how well it keeps my face moisturized.

But the smell! Holy holy - the smell! It's not so much that it's an awful smell (though it's not a good smell, either), it's that it just won't go away. All day long, I can smell it, and it's annoying.

I really don't see the point to adding fragrance to facial moisturizers, especially "natural" ones. It's unnecessary. I'm going to keep using this bottle but am searching for fragrance-free alternatives.

I have tried a lot of moisturizers, and this is my new favorite! It's NOT greasy at all (I have combo skin, and a lot of them will make my face really oily) and goes on lightly, it isn't heavy feeling. Your face feels fresh all day. Best of all, there are no toxic ingredients!! Would definitely recommend and buy again.

i hate the container. you can't access it, so after the pump stops working, there is probably a good deal of product left in it. i do like the fact that the spf is zinc oxide.
