They must've changed the ingredients / formula. I tried this for the first time at a friend's place and loved it, and decided to buy a tube for myself. When I used it at home, after rinsing for a long time, there was a greasy residue film left on my face. I tried it twice, and it was greasy both times. Sad!!

I use this as a daily facial cleanser. I love the derma brasion from the Bamboo, its much milder than the products that contain ground apricot pits or walnuts. I have very sensitive skin and have no ill effects from this product.

I use the Exfoliator every other day, and it really impressed me as to how it really keeps my face clean, soft and helps kick the acne in the **** I have told several people about this product, they have found the benefits as well. I work in an environment that is floating with dirt, and I notice the difference when I use it and when I do not. Honestly, there is no "smell" to it, and it is only on for a few moments, and then you feel the smoothness of your face... that outweights it all! Highly recommend!!

This product is perfect for my acne-prone, yet VERY sensitive skin. It gently exfoliates dead surface cells (thus helping prevent breakouts) without stripping or abrading my skin.

I had been using St. Ives Apricot Scrub, but find this product to be less pore-clogging/irritating to my skin. Plus, I rest easy knowing that the ingredients aren't chock-full of scary chemicals!

I was excited to buy this; it sounded like an improvement on the products currently available. Paraben-free, vitamins, bamboo exfoliator - perfect! Except I hate it - it doesn't rinse off. It leaves you feeling like you have vaseline on your face - yuck! I'm using it on my feet now, instead, because I'd hate to throw it away. What a waste of money!

When I saw the ingreidents list, I knew I wanted to try this product. It seemed like it was everything I would want in an exfoliating cleanser.

The bamboo granules in the cleanser don't irritate my skin, but they might irritate some skin types since they are very hard.

I don't mind the texture or feeling of the cleanser while I am cleaning my skin, but it doesn't rinse off. It leaves this oily slime on my face that I can only get rid of after washing my face with soap or after using an alcohol-based toner (water based wouldn't remove it). I think the residue is from the shea butter, unfortunately.

I wish the product smelled better - it has a fake fragrance that really takes away from all the natural ingredients. I also wish the product had more dead sea mud in it. You can't smell the dead sea mud, and the product doesn't have the saltiness you normally smell or feel in products with dead sea mud.

I like the results I've obtained from the product: more even skin tone, nice exfoliation, better moisturized skin - but it makes my skin feel dirty, and I don't like wasting extra time re-cleaning my skin or using a harsh toner.

I've been looking for a replacement for the original formulation Say Yes to Carrots exfoliating scrub that did a great job of exfoliating and absorbing the excess oil from the skin surface. THIS IS NOT IT! If you have extremely dry skin, this is for you. STAY AWAY if you have large pores, blackheads, or oily skin. After rinsing there is a thick greasy residue left on the face that would make any oily skin person panic!
