This is the first time I've used a product that the smell was unbearable - I ended up washing my face twice to get rid of the smell. It may be fine for some but I'll be giving this cleanser away.

I'm a one-product kind of girl for face washing - I expect my cleanser to remove all my makeup as well. This product unfortunately did not remove all my makeup, and left my skin slightly irritated.

Overall, I was very disappointed with this product.

I've read a review that said this product does not smell like carrots. True, but does one really want to wash with a product that smells like vegetables? Probably not. It has a nice fresh smell that is kind of earthy. I really like the cleanser and will certainly continue to use it. It can be slightly drying depending on your skin type but I always use moisturizer so I have no complaints.

I was lured in to use this product by attractive packaging and its all natural seeming description. The product is fine, if it were not for the smell. It does not smell like carrots nor of natural ingredients. The cream does not lather, it's just creamy, which is fine, except that the smell makes you think you're washing your face with lotion. If you are looking for a more natural, good for the environment and organic product, I would not choose this one.

I'm a big Say Yes brand fan, so I might be a bit biased, but I love this cleanser. It has no problem removing my make up, and it leaves my skin feeling perfect.

It lasts forever, too. I use it once a day (at night) and the last bottle I had lasted about 5 months.

They've even improved the packaging - the last tube had a pretty large opening and more often than not, I ended up with more cleanser on my palm than I actually needed. But the bottle I got this month has a smaller opening, allowing for more controlled use. And less waste = money saved. So I'm happy. :)

I like this, cause it does not irritate my skin, and it leaves my skin feeling very soft. I'm constantly stressed, and so most of my pimples (when I get them) are purely hormonal. So I need cleansers that won't aggravate my skin any further while it heals (i like to keep my cleansing and acne-treatments separate). I wouldn't know about its drying qualities since I always tone and moisturize right after anyways, but this one does just fine. I'm always changing up my soaps, and so this is always one of my go-backs in case my experiments go awry.

Cleans well and skin feels soft immediately afterwards, but after about ten minutes you'll need to moisturize. It's a gentle cleaner the balances the areas where I get acne, but it seems to continue seeping moisture from my skin long after I've rinsed. Otherwise it's done wonders for my complexion...

I love this product. I'm definitely concerned with the lack of regulations on cosmetics, so it's been wonderful finding the Say Yes to... brands - which (with a few possible exceptions) put out healthy, non-toxic products with ingredients PROVEN safe.

This cream cleanser works great too. It gets my mascara off with very little effort, and my skin feels clean - but not tight/dry - after washing. It's awesome

I'm 27 w/ fair, sensitive skin, and this is an ideal cleanser for that. Its very thick and creamy like a night cream, but it washes off leaving your face feeling moisturized, but very clean. Its probably best for the winter months, but I can be break out prone and it didn't irritate me in the summer either. Its natural and lasted a while because its so thick you dont have to use as much.

I LOVE this product!!! I had adult acne for years and couldn't seem to get rid of it. I wanted to try something gentle without parabens and non oily, due to my acne. So I tried this and I use it two times daily. Once when I wake up and just before bed. It is great and I will continue to buy it as long as it's going this well.
