Comments about Yes to Carrots Scalp Relief Shampoo, 11.5 fl oz:

I have been using this for about 2 weeks, along with the scalp relief conditioner. At first, I was not sure about the smell, I am very sensitive to smells. If you are used to tea tree oil, it smells faintly of that. I did get used to it and now I do not mind it. I bought it because I have lupus and get sores on my scalp. They have prevented me from getting regular cuts & color so I figured if I treat the scalp, maybe I can finally color again. I have to say that the little sores I get have seemed to diminish and do not irritate me as often. I think it is working to help my scalp. My wavy-curly hair is also more curly than usual but also more frizzy. The downside, my hair is super dry since I started with the shampoo/conditioner duo. A friend suggested sticking with the shampoo and using a more moisturizing conditioner on just my ends. I am doing that but my hair still feels like straw. Yes it helps the scalp, but I worry that I am further damaging the rest of my hair. For now I will keep using it since my scalp is doing better.
