I've tried it at night as I believe was recommended and tried it again in the afternoon. For me, it sometimes takes all night and most of a day for anything to happen after using this, sometimes less. This product was a little too gentle for me. But I enjoyed drinking it, it tastes very nice for being a laxative! I know a lot of people who have this product, so I assume it works better for them. Give it a try?

I have severe endometriosis and that leaves my digestive system a wreck. I use this tea about once a week and it works like a charm. More so than tablet laxatives which I have to take several of to see any kind of result over a span of a few days. I don't get crampy with this tea either.

Drink it right before you go to bed. It works, and not only that but it has unique smell to it, which i find very soothing and relaxing. I would love to drink it all day long if it weren't for the side effects :)
For best results, drink 1 cup before bedtime. A comfortable bowel movement is usually produced in 6 to 8 hours. Do not use in excess of 4 cups in 24 hours or for longer than 10 days.
