I go to hot yoga almost everyday, and this is absolutly a must have. I own one already in red, but it's a pain to have to wash it everyday so I bought another one. It fits perfectly over my yoga mat. My only issue is that the color runs easily in the wash, so I would recommend washing it only with equally dark colors in cold water, and it can also stain your dryer. The good news is that it dries just about the same when you hang dry it, so it helps cut back on my dryer usage, oh well.
