Love my yogitoes! I use it at least twice a week for a yoga and several times throughout the week @ home. I am able to remain more steady on the yogitoes than using a yoga mat alone and it's extremely comfortable. I love the color but a little dissapointed that it fades and looks worn after washing it even on a gentle cycle. Overall great buy though!

I wanted this as a hygenic cover-up for the yoga studio mat. It's way too slippery to use until you get sweaty. Then it might be OK. But I wanted to return it and Drugstore.com won't take it back because I used it once!

It's an expensive towel, but works as intended (non-slip, soaks up sweat) if you prep by spraying with water the areas your hands and feet will make contact with, particularly in down dog.

I use the yogitoes towel on top of my yoga mat during hot yoga, and love it for the non-slip attributes, and also because it fits the size of my yoga mat perfectly.
In addition, the towel provides a hygenic barrier between the mat and my body. Great color selections too!

If you sweat a lot like I do, your hands and feet slide all over a yoga mat after the first few poses. I used to put a hand towel at the top of the mat but that didn't keep my feet from slipping and was annoying to adjust all the time. This is the solution. You put it dotted side down on your mat and the rubber dots grip the mat, while the other side is like microfiber that keeps your hands and feet in place. I've had mine for about 3 years and it's holding up fine. The orange dot cracks a bit after many washings but the towel itself keeps working.

I'm an instructor, and while I do not use this for regular practice in a "room temperature" class, it is absolutely necessary for my own personal practice in studios where the heat is 90+degrees.
