The Young Scientist Set #11 is a collection of three kits: Kit #31-Stars, Kit #32-Planets, and Kit #33-Forces. Young scientists explore the solar system! Study the stars with a star fact book, make a constellation box, design a telescope, and use bouncy balls and planet facts to create a solar system mobile that will "enlighten" any room. Finish this set with the study of forces, gravity, momentum, and Newton's three laws of motion. A great introduction to astronomy! 

Contents: note cards, metal rings, red cellophane, rubber band, blank CD, star chart, magnifying glasses, black paint, piece of poster board, black construction paper, various pieces of colored paper (yellow, blue, green), chalk, foam ball, metal wires, a variety of balls, rulers, marble, pennies, toy cars, sandpaper, string, straws, balloon, clothespin, paperclip, and adult instructions as well as fun, illustrated instructions for the children given by Celsius the Science Bug. (Common household items required for some experiments.) Please note that contents may vary slightly.  For Ages 5-12   Complete the sets in order to experience the ultimate in science adventure.  Sets can also be done individually.  Recommended starting sets: Ages 5-8 Start with Set 1, 2, or 3.  Ages 9-12 Start with Set 4.
