Saw my rheumatologist and she thought I might benefit from glucosamine since I had good results with calcium/vit. d. I haven't felt too much of a difference yet (2 weeks using regularly) I will give it 3 months. This particular product is a bit too sweet for my taste. I take it straight. And have to drink some tea or water to clear the palate. But it is an easier way to take it rather than another pill.
