I give this to my five year old daughter when her allergies start to act up. It really keeps her allergic reactions to a minimum. She use to sneeze, have red eyes and a runny nose for two to three days after staying at her grandparents house where they have a dog and cat. Now, I send the Insure with her on her visit and she has no problems whatsoever. It is great for her seasonal allergies as well. She even enjoys the taste of it... which is a big plus! I don't ever want to be without this product.

My 9 yr. old daughter has bad allergies and was taking Singulair. I wanted to find a natural alternative because of the bad side affects. I googled 'natural alternatives for allergies' and found that goldenseal helps with sinus/allergy conditions. This product has it in it. It has worked better than the Singulair. We mix it with a little juice and she takes it 3x a day as needed.

During the onset of a cold, adding a dose of this to daily a glass of orange juice for three days seems to stop a cold...along with drinking a few glasses of water each day, getting 8 hours of sleep each night, and staying warm. (Yeah, I know. A cold is a virus and staying warm isn't supposed to matter, but it does.)

NOTE: A friend drank Echinacea tea daily for several months and seemed to avoid getting sick when everyone around him did. He eventually did get sick...very sick! If Echinacea stimulates one's immune system as claimed, it is probably best to stimulate only as need and not continuously.
