I've tried a few different "quick cleanse" type products and this one DOES work best... the only catch is that you will literally be taking fistfulls of pills throughout the day and if you don't also make an effort in your diet, it could leave you sick.

One time I took it and didn't really watch my diet, and ended up with a lot of irregularity and low energy. If you avoid processed foods and carbonated drinks and drink a LOT of water, along with taking the billions of pills required, it'll work. You'll feel better, be regular and lose a good amount of weight in a short period. I wouldn't advise doing this more than 1-2 times a year. Also, another note is that when you get off this cleanse it may take a few days for your body to adjust (aka constipation).

Periodic cleansing is healthy and it does seem to work better if you do it periodically and not constant. I lose a-lot of weight if I use it no more than quarterly and stick to a low fat, low sodium, low cal diet. No soda or alcoholic beverages. The only draw back for me is when the toxins release and they come thru your skin and you break out. A+ on this product

This product really works for me, no diarrhea, or complications I've lost 40 lbs so far, please try it. Make sure not to drink soda and drink at least 1 gallon of water every day and you'll see the results.

I did follow the instructions exactly. I don't think the cleansing products work the same for everyone-- nothing works the exact same way for every person. Even though I followed the directions and swallowed all the pills with a ton of water, it made me alternate between constipation and diarrhea. It was awful. I tried another cleansing program with similar results. Apparently colon-cleansing programs are not for everyone.

This product has been very effective for me in the cleansing process. It is pretty intensive with the pills, so that was a downside for me. I also have not tried other products so I can't compare effectively, and that's why I gave it a 4 star rating. I recommend this product as effective for cleansing.

I love this product! I have been constipated my whole life, plus I am on medication that causes contipation. No other chemical laxative was working, this worked wonders. It took about 2 1/2 days to kick in, but once it did it was so awesome! I went to the bathroom every morning like clockwork, and I would get completely emptied out. It wasn't harsh at all and did not give me a loose stool, just normal bowel movements every day. I didn't even have to run to the restroom scared. If it didn't work for you, then you didn't follow the guide lines or you may not have drank enough water or eaten right. The guide lines are stimple to follow and yes it may seem like a lot of pills, but for just 7 days, the end result is awesome! You are not supposed to eat processed foods when you do it. I am done now but still keeping up with the water and eating lots of fiber. I just purchased the cleansing fiber separately to take on a daily basis. I highly recommend this product!

I followed the program exactly, and had absolutely no noticable change or result. I normally drink at least 10 glasses of water a day, and I eat extremely healthy, and have dealt with constipation my whole life. This program had no negative or positive results on me. Sigh...apparently, it worked for many others.

I do not recommend this product. I felt like I was just taking pills for the sake of it. You start off day one with 10 pills. By day 5, you're up to 14 pills per day. You also have to drink 96 fl. oz of water each day. The result was frequent urination and bloating.
