I'm about halfway through the 30 pill supply bottle. So far, with healthy diet and exercise along with these pills, I've lost about 12-15 lbs.

Zantrex is GREAT if you're looking for extra energy. I'll take a pill and BAM! Twenty minutes later, I'm up and ready to go! That being said, don't take it at night unless you're looking to pull and all-nighter! I like taking it before I work out, it definitely gives me the motivation and energy to go to the gym -- I feel like super woman lol! As far as appetite suppression, I'd say it works fairly well; it helps me stay focused on what I'm doing and not distracted by cravings or snacking.

However, there are some down sides to the pill. First of all, I experience a total crash hours after taking it. I'll feel sluggish and just blahhh overall. Sometimes, I'll get random headaches on them. Also, it can REALLY dehydrate you, esp if you're working out -- drink TONS of water. I'm pretty tolerant to caffeine, but it makes me anxious/paranoid; I feel like I'm constantly on edge and nervous all the time. My heart also races, and sometimes it's to the point where I feel like I'm having a panic attack. The Niacin in it will make your face/skin flush, but that's not too much of a problem for me -- gives my pasty white skin a little color! Also, these pills make me kinda moody and I'll catch myself snapping at people for no reason. The pills are HUGE, but fortunately, they go down easier than I expected.

So, just be careful on these! Definitely take LESS than the recommended amount. If I took six in one day, I'm sure I'd have a stroke! So, take less (start with one pill a day) unless you're looking for a ticket to the ER.

I am trying to lose weight but it doesn't really mater to me how long it takes....for the past 2 weeks or so I've been trying to change my diet/eating and i workout everyday for at least 45 mins. But i do crave sweets all the time and its tricky for me to cut down on the amount of calories I'm suppose to eat in one day. I just stated taking zantrex today and so far i like what i see!
It does make you a little jittery but thats just because it has caffeine in it. I only drink water and i am going to probably only take on pill a day because I'm in no rush plus 2 pills each meal just seems like too much. (i have read multiple reviews and people say if you take 2 pills you will get nauseas)
Today the result i had were: jittery feelings, a boost in energy, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY MY CRAVINGS COMPLETELY STOPPED (with just one pill) I have eaten 1200 calories today and i don't feel hungry anymore! I suggest not to take this pill at night because it will keep you awake. I took my pill with food (lunch) because i do have a touchy stomach....food helped me not feel sick which is good. SO anyone who needs help with cravings and wants weight loss/managing your weight I would recommend this!! GOod luck!

I was a little nervous at first about the jitters, but its not bad. I have lost 25 pounds in 3 months and I eat good, salads, steak, chicken and I do not starve. Best product I have ever tried. It really helps out!

Alright, I have seen some negative comments and those are valid if you are averse to Caffeine. I suppose that's something you should find out about yourself first. I've been working out constantly for about two months now, and I lost some weight then plateaued. So I'm using this for a boost. I often work out in the evenings, so I take one right before I go to the gym and it gives me this crazy rush of ENERGY. Makes working out that much more exciting when I don't feel like my legs are going to give out under me. Then I take two in the mornings cause I don't mess around when it's time to get that breakfast. I take two about thirty minutes before I eat. I pretty much forget about food or hunger until night time and even then I MAKE myself eat something. So you have to be able to figure out what works for you and roll that way. So far I've stuck to that routine and lost weight that way. I don't know how much because I don't weigh myself. I do fit my clothes better though. I'm 25 and I've never had the fastest metabolism, so I'm saying try this product... it works. Go for the 30 capsule if you are unsure about spending this much money on something you've never tried. DANG... I typed a lot!

to be honest, i took the pills as directed and ate a no carb diet, didn't loose a pound. stoped taking pills and continuted with diet and exercise, lost a bunch of pounds! these pills had a counter effect on me, and i was REALLY hoping they would work! please try something else in the same price range before taking zantrex3.

I do much better on my diet when I use these pills. I only take one at a time, and no more than 2 per day, or I feel jittery and emotional, but that's all I need to control my appetite. I see a lot of weight loss with these - I'm not a very good dieter, but I keep coming back to these to help me stay on track.

I actually got this product a while ago, tried it, wanting a miracle pill to melt away the fat. Needless to say I was dissappointed. However, a few months later my husband and I quit smoking, and I packed on a few more pounds. We began the SouthBeach diet, which works really well. However, when I went into the second phase I stalled a little. SO I went back to taking the Zantrex sometimes...not daily though. About once a week I would take 2 pills with lunch and I would drop a pound that day. Now I do it about twice a week, and sometimes take one pill, sometimes take two pills. Two pills do make me a little jittery about 20-30 minutes after taking them, but it usually only lasts for around 30 minutes. I drink LOTS of water...I have a 24oz refillable that I drink and refil at least 4-5 times a day. I think the water consumption is what keeps the appetite away, along with following my diet. This is more of a boost for me. Didn't give me any other side effects.

Well I don't know if I should say this product is good or bad. It TOTALLY controls my appetite, which is good, and caffeine is a fantastic fat burner. My weight goes down each week I take it; however, it's a little tough on the system.

I have been taking Zantrex for about 1 year and I have lost and maintained my weight. I stop taking for a while because my appetite get so much better and for about 2 months I did not need the pill. However, after 2 months I start eating again. This pill works for me, and I have no problem sleeping at night. I drink lots of water and exercise 3 times per week.

I started this product on November 27, 2006. I took (2) pills at 8:45 a.m., 30 minutes before my breakfast, and was "jittery" and feeling woozy by noon. By 1:30 P.M. I was starving. Took (2) more at 2pm, and ate lunch at 2:30. By 5 p.m. I was VERY COLD and sleepy. Peed A LOT all day. Drank lots of water, too. Went to the gym, was tired, but had a good workout. That night I was freezing cold. On my third week, have cut back to (1) pill twice a day. Still pee alot, including in the middle of the night! I follow the regimen diligently, eating only 15-30 minutes AFTER I've taken a pill. Side effects: left eye twitching; "ear wind noise"; getting very cold. Taking the pills reminds me to "stay on track" and not pig out. I have lost weight. One day I didn't take them and my eating was out of control, totally, gaining 3 pounds in one day! I have energy and motivation. I will stick with Zantrex until the bottle is empty, then I will decide what to do.
