My husband and I use Zantrex every morning to give me an energy boost before the gym. I wouldn't recommend using it in tandem with caffeine or any other product that has a stimulative effect. I've tried several similar products, and this one is consistently the best.

I use the product daily two tables at each meal. Things that is great about it is that it helps me to curb my appetite. I work the midnight
shift and when I get home in the morning I eat my breakfast/supper and then go to bed, by using this product I go directly to bed without eating. What I don't care for is that it does give me side effects but I will continue using it because it really works and I have used it for one week and I already have went down one notch on my belt and my pants fits better, I don't have to suck in my stomach to buckle my pants.

I used the product for a quick weight loss. I'd take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. They'd give me a major energy boost. However; I'd also get a major heartburn and i felt like i suddenly had ADD. Moreover; when i took my afternoon capsules too late, I wasn't able to fall asleep at night. I had to lower the dosage: one capsule in the morning; and in the afternoon I'd open and blend one capsule into a protein shake (but only if i plan to work out that day, otherwise no second dose). I'd skip weekend doses altogether.

And it worked fine. I got the quick results i wanted. I wouldn't recommend taking the product with other stimulants like caffeine or niacin. Definitely avoid those.

These definitly worked for me. My job requires me to be standing and moving items all day long. They give me extra energy to be very productive which at my job is key, but I don't feel like a speed freak. They do make me lose a little weight, but it could be all the water I drink on them. I usually try to drink atleast 2 liters of water per day and for some reason, taking these helps me to remember.

At first my appetite was suppressed for about 2 or 3 hours but and I had a small amount of energy but soon after I was so sleepy that I could hardly keep my eyes open, did this happen to anyone else?

This product is still on the market?? I remember taking this nearly 4 years ago. Not only did I not lose weight but I became super depressed only after 2 days of taking this drug. After a week, I realized that this was going nowhere for me. My mood quickly changed after I stopped taking Zantrex.

This product worked great for me! I lost 15-20lbs in 2 1/2 months. I exercised 3 times a week, cut down on snack foods such as pop, chips, candy, limited my fast food intake and I drank lots of water. The reason I gave this 4 stars is because it made me feel tired and a little jittery after my workouts. But maybe that's common. I highly recommend this product if you want to lose weight fast. I'm 22 years old and I used to weigh 190 and now I weigh 174. I will buy this product again to achieve my goal weight.

It gave me the energy, but I did NOT lose any weight with it. Believe it or not I gained weight, although I drank lots of water with it!! Basically, it's a waste of time and money because you can have the same energy by exercising and the product did not help me lose weight at all.

I feel like my old pre-baby energetic self with this stuff. I have lost weight!! I have excellent energy!! My metabolism feels like it has kicked back in like it was before!! I eat like I did before my son--and that is fabulous!! I am down to a size 5. I was a size 3 before my son--I am getting there. I do yoga at least twice a week and I work out on Gazelle at least twice a week. This is the first thing that has given me energy and has not made me feel sick!!!
