They'd give me a major energy boost. However; I'd also get a major heartburn and i felt like i suddenly had ADD. Moreover; when i took my afternoon capsules too late, I wasn't able to fall asleep at night. I had to lower the dosage: one capsule in the morning; and in the afternoon I'd open and blend one capsule into a protein shake (but only if i plan to work out that day, otherwise no second dose). I decided to give this a try since I had heard this really works, but I found it did nothing except make me sick if I used the full 6 doses. At first I had used just 3 a day but thought maybe I needed more. Even with diet and exercise and drinking excessive water I lost nothing. I do drink a lot of diet colas so I am really used to the caffeine but I was taking these pills and going right to sleep. These didn't assist me with energy, restlessness, nothing. I wouldn't recommend using it in tandem with caffeine or any other product that has a stimulative effect. I've tried several similar products, and this one is consistently the best. Pros

They give me extra energy to be very productive which at my job is key, but I don't feel like a speed freak. They do make me lose a little weight, but it could be all the water I drink on them. I usually try to drink atleast 2 liters of water per day and for some reason, taking these helps me to remember. Pros

Not only did I not lose weight but I became super depressed only after 2 days of taking this drug. After a week, I realized that this was going nowhere for me. I lost 15-20lbs in 2 1/2 months. I exercised 3 times a week, cut down on snack foods such as pop, chips, candy, limited my fast food intake and I drank lots of water. The reason I gave this 4 stars is because it made me feel tired and a little jittery after my workouts. But maybe that's common. I highly recommend this product if you want to lose weight fast. I'm 22 years old and I used to weigh 190 and now I weigh 174. I will buy this product again to achieve my goal weight.
