I try it because my friend had tried it when she could not sleep due to the cold. I'm glad I had tried it and it works! It tastes great!!! Its hard to believe something tasty like this helps my cold. I would say this is good for milder cold, not for flu. It is on the pricy side but I will get more because it is not drug and it works! I do not need to worry about side affects...
