I tried using this light with both a Kindle Touch and Nook Basic. This light could not illuminate the entire reading surface which made it a poor choice.

I have used it 4 times now and the light is already dimming, not sure if the battery was just old--it uses a watch battery so finding a battery while deployed is a pain in the butt. I will look for a light that uses a AAA or AA instead of the watch battery.
