First delivery was prompt. As with other reviews, quit working after a couple of uses. Wouldnt turn on then would not turn off. Even tried removing the batteries. Drugstore.com was great as I had a new one within a couple of days. If this one quits working, it will go back for a refund.

The first Zeno Line Rewind device I purchased from drugstore.com was defective. Within weeks, while traveling, the device broke down, lights flickered, with no heat or vibration. I replaced the batteries and still it would not output properly. I contacted drugstore.com customer service, and they immediately rush shipped a new one without charge. The replacement device works well after nearly one year. I work in the public eye. People have commented on how I look younger. I believe my skin looks brighter, more vibrant, and the fine lines around my eyes, mouth and forehead have diminished. I would recommend with additional products, mentioned below. I do not use the serum that comes with the kit, as I prefer holistic/organic/natural treatments. Coupled with exercise, a healthy diet and holistic approaches, I like the results I see with my Zeno Line Rewind device.

No so great! Eats batteries like mad! Ineffective and total hype. Don't bother if you are serious about lines and wrinkles or expect skin improvements of any kind.. WASTED MY MONEY!

I had been wanting this product and was excited to try it. Unfortunately, it wasn't as great as I was hoping for. I needed to invest more time to see some results. I'm one of those people who doesn't wash my face at night. I know it's terrible. This product must be used after cleansing. So that would be in the morning for me. I just don't have the time during the morning rush. I did use it several times in the evening when I remembered and the warming sensation is nice and relaxing.

The light and motion really sooth my skin. I have noticed an improvement in the fine lines around my eyes. The only problem with my device is that it turns on if I just bump it and is difficult to turn off. With that said, it's still a great device for the price.

I've been using this product for about a week, and I've noticed that my skin is much brighter (no more winter skin!) and is much smoother. And the light therapy is incredibly relaxing at night time. I'm happy with the results.
